Design of actuator reconfigurable control allocation versus reliability analysis

Résumé

The prospective work reported in this paper explores a new approach to enhance the performance of a reconfigurable control allocation based on reliability analysis. The proposed pseudo-inverse based method for reconfigurable control allocation aims to incorporate the reliability of the faulty system. Once a fault has been detected and isolated, the reconfiguration strategy proposed in this paper tries to find the optimal reallocation that preserves the highest reliability of components. The feasibility of this work is illustrated considering an academic example. Simulation results show satisfactory performance for accommodating the partial loss of control effectiveness in control effectors.
