Enhancement of chimio- and biomembranes immobilization process using real-time SAW sensor platform

Abstract : Surface Acoustic Wave sensing oscillators, combined with poly(dimethylsiloxane) analyte chamber, are used to real-time monitor the whole layer by layer deposit of polyelectrolytes, used as bioreceptor membrane on sensors surface. It results in a shorter and simplified deposit process, validated by comparative results obtained with impedimetric biosensors.
