On stability of fractional order systems

Abstract : This paper presents an overview of the results dedicated to fractional order systems stability analysis. After a presentation of the important definitions and results about stability, the focus is put on stability conditions involving Linear Matrix Inequalities (LMI). Some of them are already available in the literature, other are new. These conditions are applied to the gain margin computation of a CRONE suspension.
