Principles for interoperability evaluation
Résumé
This paper aims at presenting the principles concerning the characterisation and the evaluation of interoperability. After a presentation of principles of performance evaluation, the paper will present the three kinds of interoperability performance: interoperability potential measurement, interoperability compatibility measurement and operational interoperability measurement. Then, the works on caracterisation of interoperability using grapgh and the measurement of efforts to maintain interoperability will be presented.
