Abstract – This paper presents a design technique for improving the rejection far from the passband of ladder BAW. The technique increases the rejection by using the filter bounding wires in order to introduce transmission zeros at undesired bands. This technique enables considerably to increase the rejection of ladder BAW filters. This filter has been fabricated using a SMR technology.
