Adsorption de protéines à une interface eau/air fonctionnalisée
Résumé
An optical set-up coupled to a microscope is developed in order to follow the aging kinetics of a planar air/water interface from induced fluorescence. The technique is characterized with fluorescent-tagged particles and further applied to an air/water interface functionalized to adsorb selectively strepavidin. The second configuration under study turns out to be a 2-D foam entrapped between two glass plates ; a modelling taking into account diffusion and adsorption is solved by finite element method.
