Vers une analyse de scénarios pour la conception d'outils chirurgicaux

Prototyping and testing are the main bases for the design process and they differ related to different design methodologies. In Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS), the surgeon has a main roll not only in the definition of needs, but also in using the prototype in a real situation and causes the designer to understand the details of use, confronting the environment. For modifying such kind of methodologies into the MIS instrument design, we started a case in instrument design process facing the existing methods like User Centred Design, Participatory Design and Scenario Based Design, in order to understand the application of this methods, and also to analyse the effect of emulation stage on the development of the instrument. This paper describe an observation analyse of an emulation of the defined scenario.
