« L'enjeu du genre sur le marché intellectuel roumain postcommuniste »
Résumé
The communist regimes' collapse in the Eastern and Central Europe led to important changes in the intellectual production field, involving among other new arrangements of the academic spaces and their hierarchies and the emergence of new research and study topics, even new disciplines. Subjects and matters linked to a feminist claim recently entered the Romanian public space, including the scientific arena. We offer here a glimpse on some main stages of the institutionalization of « gender studies » in Romanian universities, by examining the history of a research trend known as « academic feminism ». The academic positions built on the theme of « gender », the situation of feminist studies in the Romanian higher education field, the resources and the strategies of the actors promoting these studies are the main lines of this paper.
L'effondrement des régimes communistes dans les PECO a entre autres conduit à la recomposition des espaces scientifiques, à la renégociation des positions académiques, voire à l'émergence de nouvelles disciplines. Parmi les thématiques récemment entrées dans le champ de production intellectuelle roumain, nous nous intéressons aux questionnements en lien avec la contestation féministe et nous procédons à la reconstitution de l'histoire sociale du courant du « féminisme académique » et de l'institutionnalisation des « études de genre ». Les prises de positions universitaires concentrées autour du « genre » comme objet d'étude, la situation des études féministes dans l'espace scientifique roumain, les acteurs qui se sont affirmés à la faveur de ce courant, les ressources et les stratégies qu'ils mobilisent sont autant d'axes de 'interrogation.
