Investigation of SOA-Based Wavelength Conversion at 80 Gb/s Using Bandpass Filtering

Résumé

A simple and effective 80 Gb/s alloptical wavelength conversion scheme based on XGM in a SOA and blue shifted filtering of the probe spectrum to give a non-inverted output signal is presented.
