Situated Regulation on a Crisis Management Collaboration Platform

Abstract : Collaborative platforms are useful to mediate the interaction among the different actors involved on a crisis management. This paper demonstrates the grounding of the policies that regulate crisis management activities on the concrete environment where the collaborative platform is deployed. This grounded regulation is enabled by the abstractions and constructs of the Situated Artificial Institution model.
