Le rôle des interactions au sein de la famille dans la construction du répertoire alimentaire chez l'enfant. Une approche mésosystémique

Abstract : The pandemic of children obesity asks the fundamental question of the understanding of their food behavior. The purpose of this article is to report social interactions in children's food consumption. The authors support the prevailing idea that it is important to consider learning in a systematic / ecological perspective, integrating a set of environmental, social and cultural factors interacting with each other and with the child. This supplies a more complete reading grid of the understanding of food behavior within the family and health issues that are associated with it, such as obesity.
