Entre souhaitable et probable : projets de mobilité interne et sensemaking

Abstract : The notion of project is now one of the “best practices” in Human Resource Management. Despite the consensus among practitioners, one may wonder about the production process of projects and their actual influence on the individuals' conducts. This article uses the paradigm of sensemaking to propose a model of project. This model is empirically tested. A longitudinal study was conducted during two years on a population of salesmen. The results show the impact of performance and appreciation on the projects.
