NEOMA Business School Research

NEOMA Business School aims to take part in this increased activity of rethinking business by producing knowledge of a scientific nature intended for our students, future managers of tomorrow’s businesses, but also for the school’s stakeholders (companies, regulatory authority, public authorities, local authorities, etc.) by seeking to transform this knowledge into applied research partnerships. All of the areas of management sciences are dealt with in the research carried out by NEOMA Business School (Marketing, Finance etc.), but particular attention is paid to the study of organisational behaviour, and even more to organisational development and transformational leadership. Research in our areas of expertise, such as the luxury sector, career development, retail and supply-chain management and the agro-bio industry, is also strongly emphasised.

The Teaching and Research Chairs are structures that bear the name of a company sponsor or are dedicated to a specific economic sector.
