A The objective of the european TEMPUS-TACIS project is to reduce the digital divide within the program guidelines for economic and social reform. These projects contribute to the development of higher education systems in the beneficiary through cooperation with members of the European Union countries. These projects will promote the introduction of new documentary practices in the faculties of partner countries. Tangible results have been achieved thanks to the relevance of the projects that offer real access to multilingual information resources through the establishment of training centre online documentation for researchers and teachers beneficiaries.
