Recrutement 2.0 : Quand l'e-Relation change la donne

Abstract : Generation Y and even more so, the " digital natives ", have this particularity, that everyone henceforth agrees to admit, that their integration into the labor world sets and will set a new order. But even before being integrated, young people - of the new generation - are recruitment candidates and for some, recruiters. It is this interaction that we examine here. We analyze the relationships which are being formed between the recruited and recruiters, in the digital universe. We ask ourselves about the terms and conditions needed to create confidence and permanence in the recruited-recruiters relationships, while this generation is about immediacy and hyper-mobility. We envisage the necessity for applicants to create and control their digital public identity, for recruiters and for employers, as offer distributors, to plan an employer brand based on sincerity. Finally, we suggest a few possible leads on the evolution of this relationship looking for trust and duration in a time of "mobile ubiquity".
