Ambiguïtés de la notion de « compétences collaboratives » en formation d’adultes : le cas du dispositif Animacoop.

Abstract : This paper presents two aspects of a doctoral research on collaborative competences in organizations and innovative training systems: (1) a literature review that identifies the existing work and the ambiguities in use of these terms in French and English research; (2) an exploratory analysis of a specific training program, called " Animacoop " , developing cooperation between actors both in presence and at a distance. Thus, the discussion examines theoretical and empirical approaches of the terms of cooperation and collaboration and their appropriation in this training program.
