With the exception of poecilostomatoid copepods, estimates of the number of organisms in samples using FlowCAM were similar to those using the stereomicroscope. These results suggest that FlowCAM is an effective tool for enumerating small metazooplankton. %G English %L hal-01394026 %U https://hal.science/hal-01394026 %~ SDE %~ INSU %~ UNIV-TLN %~ CNRS %~ UNIV-AMU %~ MIO %~ OSU-INSTITUT-PYTHEAS %~ GIP-BE %~ MIO-EMBIO %~ MIO-CYBELE
