This article exanimes the effects of theatrical practice in a teacher training course. Il presents the results of an exploratory study conducted around a "theatre module" used in a French regional university institute of teacher training (IUFM de Bretagne). The discussion emanating from a first empirical study was the starting point for the design of a new "theatre" module, combining research and training. The design principles of this second system and the results it gave in the research laboratory are presented in the second part of this article.

Cet article questionne les effets de la pratique théâtrale dans un cursus de formation initiale au métier d'enseignant. Il expose les résultats d'une étude exploratoire conduite à partir d'un dispositif "module théâtre" mis en place à l'IUFM de Bretagne. La discussion issue de l'étude empirique menée a servi de point d'ancrage à la conception d'un nouvel artéfact "théâtre", associant recherche et formation. Les principes d'élaboration de ce second dispositif, ainsi que les premiers résultats obtenus au sein du laboratoire de recherche sont présentés dans la seconde partie.
