On a quasi-stationary model of debonding processes in layered composites

The main aim of this contribution is to propose a mathematical model of layered composites in which the interlaminar bonding material is assumed to sustain only restricted values of the interlaminar stresses. It is shown that the boundary value problems for the quasi-stationary debonding processes lead to certain sequences of hemi-variational inequalities. The existence theorem is established.
