On the non-standard model of the theory of elasticity

This is a continuation of the note [1]. It yields the mass-point interpretation of the Cauchy laws of motion and stress relations for elastic and hyper-elastic materials. The approach is based on the assumption that the interactions in a non-standard mass-point system are S-local, i.e. local in the S-topology of the reference space [2].
