These states and their coupling with excitonic states play a fundamental role within the exploitation of excitonic properties. Recently, experimental studies reported the observation of the trion (exciton-carrier bound state). In order to study the biexciton, we have performed nonlinear spectral-hole burning experiments at a low temperature, bringing the first evidence for biexcitonic induced-absorption. %G English %L hal-00924463 %U https://hal.science/hal-00924463 %~ UNIV-PARIS7 %~ ENS-PARIS %~ UPMC %~ LPA %~ CNRS %~ ENS-CACHAN %~ LPA-OPT %~ L2C %~ LPQM %~ PSL %~ UPMC_POLE_2 %~ MIPS %~ UNIV-MONTPELLIER %~ SORBONNE-UNIVERSITE %~ SU-SCIENCES %~ UNIV-PARIS %~ ENS-PSL %~ ENS-PARIS-SACLAY %~ ALLIANCE-SU %~ UM-2015-2021
