Résumé

Since independence, successive generations of migrants from Latin America have raised the question of their integration or reintegration into Europe, a continent that is established as a paradoxical source of both their identity and otherness. The intellectual and political elites transplants of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, with many exiles, immigrants or students and researchers who populate today's European universities whose internationalization has become a criterion for developing strategic relationships with Europe and Europeans have evolved?
