The dependence of these modes has been calculated as a function of the nanotube chirality, diameter (from 0.7 to 5 nm), and length. These predictions are useful for understanding the experimental infrared spectra of boron nitride nanotubes. %G English %L hal-00691320 %U https://hal.science/hal-00691320 %~ CNRS %~ L2C %~ MIPS %~ UNIV-MONTPELLIER %~ UM-2015-2021
