Inducción y Abducción. Su utilización en Prospectiva Tecnológica

In this work we will relate the processes of local inferences of induction, analogy and abduction to the area the technological prospective. The interest to focus the connection with prospective is bassed on the advance on the last decades on this utilization on the studies of science, technology and society, an interdisciplinary approach that problems relative to the impact of such processes as the formulation of sicentific technological policies in the frame of national systems of innovation. The work divides in two parts, in the first one there traat each other the processes of logical inferences of induction and abduction. There appears the structure of such processes inferential, and they propose a series of paragraphs where are commented aspects that we have considered to be relevant: the relation between the observed and the supposed thing, the investment causes effect, the connection with the discovery, the nature of the hypotheses, the heuristic importance, the sense of temporality and pragmatism. In the second part of the work, relations are established between the analogical inferences and abductives with technological prospective depending on the criteria mentioned previously

En éste trabajo relacionaremos los procesos de inferencias lógicas de inducción, analogía y abducción con el ámbito de la prospectiva tecnológica. El interés en focalizar la conexión con prospectiva se fundamenta en el avance en las últimas décadas en su utilización en los Estudios de Ciencia, Tecnología y Sociedad, un enfoque interdisciplinario que aborda problemas relativos al impacto de procesos tales como la formulación de políticas científico-tecnológicas en el marco de sistemas nacionales de innovación. El trabajo se divide en dos partes, en la primera se tratan los procesos de inferencias lógicas de inducción y abducción. Allí se muestra la estructura de tales procesos inferenciales, y se proponen una serie de apartados dónde se comentan aspectos que hemos considerado relevantes: la relación entre lo observado y lo supuesto, la inversión causa efecto, la conexión con el descubrimiento, la naturaleza de las hipótesis, la importancia heurística, el sentido de temporalidad y pragmatismo. En la segunda parte del trabajo, se establecen relaciones entre las inferencias analógicas y abductivas con "prospectiva tecnológica" en función de los criterios mencionados anteriormente
