Una herramienta metodológica para la evaluación tecnológica: prospectiva

This work of introductory character on methodological tools for the technological evaluation we will analyze aspects related to the studies in futurology. First, we will centre on the definitions of scientific prediction and technological futurology. Secondly, we will mention to some problems relative to the futurology and at the rate of significance of terms like it uses it at present. The major difficulties in the boarding of the topic guard relation with the multiplicity of definitions (futurology, forecast, planning, etc.), since also in the contexts of use (method or tool). The definitions of futurology in the last years have meant an extension in the spectrum of his aims and involved actors. Este trabajo de carácter introductorio sobre herramientas metodológicas para la evaluación tecnológica analizaremos aspectos relacionados con los estudios en prospectiva. En primer lugar, nos centraremos en las definiciones de predicción científica y prospectiva tecnológica. En segundo lugar, haremos mención a algunos problemas relativos a la prospectiva y al cambio de significación de términos como se lo utiliza en la actualidad. Las mayores dificultades en el abordaje del tema guardan relación con la multiplicidad de definiciones (prospectiva, previsión, planificación, etc.), como también en los contextos de uso (método o herramienta). Las definiciones de prospectiva en los últimos años han significado una ampliación en el espectro de sus objetivos y actores involucrados
