Ductal Carcinoma In Situ of the breast in younger women: A subgroup of patients at high risk

After breast conserving treatment, young age is a predictive factor for recurrence in patients with Ductal Carcinoma In Situ (DCIS) of the breast. The purpose of this study was to evaluate predictive factors for recurrence and outcomes in these younger women (under 40 years) treated for pure DCIS.
