Preoperative diagnosis of axillary nodal involvement in breast cancer allows one-stage axillary surgery. We evaluated the efficacy of axillary ultrasound (US) with US guided fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) in the diagnosis of axillary nodal involvement.
