These are characteristic findings in peripheral blood film (PB), bone marrow aspirate (BMA) and bone marrow trephine biopsy (BMTB) is human T-cell lymphotropic virus 1 (HTLV-1) positive patient presenting with anaemia and hypercalcemia.
