| Analysis of the French-Romanian relations in 1920 - 1921 confirms the difficulty of establishing a "système de revers" for French security in East Central Europe and to coordinate it with the indispensable British support . Paris might regret the inability of the Little Entente to integrate small losers, which divided Central Europe, multiplied fronts useless to France and weakened its active role against Germany and defensive role against Soviet Russia. |
