Small points on rational subvarieties of tori.

Let V be a subvariety of a torus defined over the rational numbers. We study the distribution of points on V of small Weil's height. We improve and simplify the proof of a previous result by the first author and S. David. Our principal achievement is an explicit version of a generalized Dobrovolski result on the Lehmer problem.
