The results yield evidence for a weak vibrational mode ascribed to oxygen motion in three-membered planar ring structures. Its frequency and damping are determined and compared to theoretical predictions. %G English %L hal-00338961 %U https://hal.science/hal-00338961 %~ CNRS %~ UNIV-LYON1 %~ UNIV-MONTP2 %~ LCVN %~ PRUNEL %~ LOMA %~ UNIV-MONTPELLIER %~ UDL %~ UNIV-LYON %~ UM1-UM2
