On the boundary motive of a Shimura variety

Applying the main results of our paper The boundary motive: definition and basic properties (Compositio Mathematica (2006), 142: 631-656), we identify the motives occurring as cones in the co-localization and localization filtrations of the boundary motive of a Shimura variety.
